Des is responsible for overseeing the administration, marketing and the general management of the company. With more than 20 years experience in the business, Des first worked in haulage for Young’s Earthmoving as a manager responsible for the establishment of a Port Hedland office. He went on to establish Earthex with Bruce Tilka in 1994.

Murray is responsible for overseeing operations, marketing and liaising with clients. With a can-do attitude and an approachable manner, Murray is a seasoned operator and very easy to work with.

He draws on more than 18 years experience in the construction transportation business, along with road-building projects for local government.
